I have a few one on one clients.  My schedule is very limited right now so I am very selective on who I take on as a personal training client.

Many times my Coach Rick has inspired me to be better, not only from the outside, but also to actually feel good about myself. I started training more than 2 years ago with no results, one day I asked Rick if he could help me and he took the time to explain that if I wanted to see results, first I needed to start setting some goals. He told me “You need to start asking yourself what you want to do, lose weight, look good or feel stronger.” What is what you want? He also told me to do it for me not for someone else. Since that day I always I started having goals, deadlines in my life, and even if they are baby steps, I know that sooner or later I will reach them. I use those words daily and even if I don’t go to the gym as much as I would like since I just gave birth to a baby girl, I am always telling myself if I did it once I can do it twice. Thank you Rick for your support, you are an incredible person and the best coach someone can have. Can’t wait to start training with you Again

I'm finishing up a round with my current one on one online training clients. I'm opening up the doors again in October.  

There are gonna be 3 levels when I open the doors in October...

* Level 1 = 4 Week (Freedom) Program

* Level 2 = 3 Month (Mind/Body Transformation) Program

* Level 3 = 1 year (Change yo Life) Program
